Cherry Creek

Cherry Creek, centrally located in Denver, is renowned for its premier, locally-owned stores, five boutique hotels, 65 restaurants, art galleries, fashion boutiques, home furnishings stores, and a variety of spas, salons, and fitness studios, all nestled along charming, tree-lined streets. The area is lively during the work week thanks to local office buildings, including my LIV Sotheby’s International Realty office on Saint Paul Street. The neighborhood is also home to the Ross-Cherry Creek branch of the Denver Public Library, quaint parks like Manley and Pulaski Parks, Bromwell Elementary School, and the bike-friendly Cherry Creek Trail, which leads directly downtown.

The 16-block area known as Cherry Creek North is often referred to as the "Beverly Hills of Colorado." Here, you'll find a mix of modern luxury townhomes, condos, and traditional ranch-style properties, though the latter are increasingly rare due to new developments. Property prices range from a $300,000 one-bedroom condo on the south end to ultra-luxury homes in Cherry Creek North costing around $15 million.

EAT + DRINK

Cherry Creek North's culinary scene has grown significantly, featuring establishments like Le Bilboquet, Toro, Quality Italian, Matsuhisa, and Kini's. For more casual dining, options include True Food Kitchen, Flower Child, Cherry Cricket, SOL Mexican Cocina, Fortune Wok To Table, Sweet Green, Hapa Sushi, Chipotle, and Urban Egg.

Popular lunch spots include Cherry Creek Grill, Hillstone, North, Narrative, and Cucina Colore.

Coffee lovers can enjoy Aviano Coffee (with two Cherry Creek locations) or Ku Cha House of Tea, which offers over 170 varieties.

For happy hour, visit Forget Me Not for creative cocktails, the new wine bar Cretans for drinks and Mediterranean small plates, or Chez Roc at Clayton Members Club & Hotel for late-night drinks and DJs. Other options include the trendy-but-relaxed Local Jones and the low-key Milwaukee Street Tavern.

SHOP

Cherry Creek North offers a wide range of shopping opportunities. Recent additions include Veronica Beard, along with women’s boutiques like Garbarini, Covered, Perch, Haven, Denver Darling, St. John, A Line Boutique, and Lawrence Cavell (which caters to both men and women).

Men’s boutiques include Andrisen Morton, Lawrence Cavell, and Suitsupply.

Home furnishings and gift shops include White Peacock, Arhaus, Revampt Goods, CB2, Design Within Reach, Element Home, Parachute Home, Calico, LoLo Rugs and Gifts, and the Artisan Center.
