Hilltop/Crestmoor
Since the 1940s, Hilltop has been one of Denver’s most prestigious neighborhoods. Covering just one square mile, Hilltop is located in the southeastern part of the city, offering a charming and serene environment. Its slightly elevated topography gives some homes stunning views of the surrounding area, inspiring the neighborhood’s name.
Hilltop is characterized by its tree-lined streets, beautifully maintained properties, and a variety of architectural styles, including Tudor, English Cottage, Mediterranean Revival, and Mid-Century Modern. Compared to other central Denver neighborhoods like Wash Park, Bonnie Brae, and Cory-Merrill, Hilltop features larger lots ranging from 12,500 to 18,000 square feet. Home prices start at $1.5 million, with most properties being single-family homes, providing residents with a sense of space and privacy. The neighborhood's mature trees and well-kept yards add to its inviting atmosphere.

Adjacent to Hilltop is the Crestmoor neighborhood, known for its quaint, tree-lined, and winding streets with similar home styles. Crestmoor is home to the exclusive Crestmoor Swimming and Tennis Club, which offers membership to all Denver residents but caps it at 350 families per year, operating on a one-in, one-out basis. Priority is given to reinstatements, children of members, and residents of homes in Crestmoor Filings I & II.
Residents of Hilltop and Crestmoor enjoy easy access to various amenities, including parks, schools, and shopping centers. Hilltop features Cranmer Park and Robinson Park, both offering open green spaces and panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. Crestmoor Park in Crestmoor is a popular spot with walking trails, tennis courts, and softball facilities. Both neighborhoods are close to Cherry Creek North, a premier shopping district known for its boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries. With easy access to shopping, entertainment, and recreational options, these neighborhoods offer the best of Denver living.

EAT + DRINK
Hilltop’s proximity to Cherry Creek provides residents with access to some of the city’s finest restaurants. However, the neighborhood also boasts its own dining spots, such as Locanda Del Borgo for Italian cuisine, Park Burger, and High Point Creamery for unique ice cream flavors. For groceries, Pete’s Fruits & Vegetables is a local favorite. Owned by Pete Moutzouris since 1974, the shop offers fresh local produce, prepared foods, Greek specialties, a variety of wines, and beautiful floral arrangements.
